Minta buat pembetulan, solat Gerhana Matahari bukan jam 4.00pm (26 Jan 2009) tetapi selepas solat Asar. Gerhana dijangka bermula 4.31pm dan berakhir 6.58pm.

The partial solar eclipse that took place Monday was barely visible in Johor because of the cloudy weather. The three pictures were captured between 4.45pm and 5.50pm. The unusual event was witnessed by a family in Batu Pahat with a telescope equipped with a safety filter and solar viewing glasses for naked eye viewing. The experience was awesome and inspired the family members, especially the kids who first encountered the event. The eclipse is an Annular Solar Eclipse in south of Sumatra but only a partial solar eclipse in Malaysia.
